Conclusion
As this website has shown children have not been able to accomplish the american dream. Child labor was a big deal in the 1920s and 1930s. Children were paid less then adults, worked the harder jobs then adults, and weren't properly educated. The children that worked on plantations would go with their mothers so that they can get extra money for food and supplies. They were exposed to various substances, the living conditions were below sub-average, and medical areas were not able to properly treat the wounds or illnesses that the children would receive while working.
